BASICS video followed by three unique, yet complimentary workouts:

– An instructional primer. BASICS demonstrates proper techniques to
provide safety and maximize exercise benefits. Exercise equipment
use is explained for each workout. (Use of exercise equipment is OPTIONAL
for all workouts.) COMBO-
An energetic mix of martial arts kicks, boxing punches, muscle conditioning

as someone with exceptional intelligence and natual physical ability,
the former Czechoslovakian Government targeted young Katrina for
secret agent training. Recruited at the age of ten, Katrina’s skills
were developed until age 18. (Without her parent’s knowledge.) To
create the Elite Forces Rapid Readiness Workout, Katrina enlisted
the aid of exercise physiologists and fitness professionals. Combining
the best of her agent physical training, with today’s knowledge of
